At Mists of Valhalla, every print is made just for you — often in custom colors, configurations, or materials. Because of this, most of our products fall under custom or made-to-order manufacturing, which affects what can be returned.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our prints are created specifically for your order.
For this reason, custom items and anything printed in colors chosen by the customer are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

This includes:

  • Items printed in colors you select

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Multi-color AMS prints produced to your specifications

 

These prints cannot be resold and require significant material and print time, so returns for “change of mind” cannot be accepted.

Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our work.
If:

  • your item arrives broken,

  • is defective, or

  • you received the wrong item,

 

please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer another appropriate solution.

Shipping Issues

If your package is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and send photos so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

Non-Custom Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-made, non-custom products may be eligible for returns within 10 days, unused and in original condition.

Returns Policy

At Mists of Valhalla, we want you to love what you ordered! Most of our items are custom-made or printed in the colors you choose, which means they’re created especially for you. Because of this, custom and made-to-order pieces aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order so we can help.

For items that are eligible for return, we ask that you start the process within 10 days and include an RMA form so we can keep everything organized. Items must be returned in resalable, unused condition. Returns sent without an RMA form, or items that come back damaged or not in resalable condition, will need to be shipped back to you at your expense.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send us photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you don’t want a refund, no worries at all—just let us know! We’re happy to offer store credit or set up an exchange for anything you’d like instead. Once we receive the return in resalable condition, we’ll send your store credit or get your new item started right away. Store credit never expires, and we’ll do our best to make the exchange process quick and easy.
