Absolutely. All of our shipments are trackable through the "My Orders" page, and we send an email containing a tracking number when we ship your order.

All of our shipments are insured up to the cost of the order, at no extra cost to you. If something DOES happen to the order while it's in transit, send us a message through the "Contact Us" page, or send us an email at support@mistsofvalhalla.net. We'll do everything in our power to make it right.

Unfortunately not. It's simply not cost effective for us to offer local delivery.

We do! All orders can be picked up from the Stater Bros Markets parking lot on Main St and C Ave in Hesperia, CA. Please wait for the "Order Ready!" notification before proceeding to the pickup location.

Everything ships within 1 business day of us completeing it. If we run into an issue while we're making your order, we'll let you know. This is the main reason why we ask you to give us your correct contact info during checkout.
