Orders over $149 qualify for free shipping via USPS® Priority Mail™. We carefully select these carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Yes! All of our shipments are fully trackable, so you can see exactly where your order is on its way to you. You can view tracking information on the “My Orders” page, and we’ll also send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. This way, you can relax knowing your order is on its way safely.
Yes! Every order is automatically insured up to the full cost at no extra charge. You can relax knowing your order is fully protected while it’s on the way. If anything happens during transit, simply send us a message through the “Contact Us” page or email support@mistsofvalhalla.net,() and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
We don’t offer local delivery, as shipping through our trusted carriers is the most reliable and cost-effective way to get your order safely to you.
However, we do offer local pickup as a shipping option at checkout. Pickups are arranged in advance at the Stater Bros parking lot on Main St and C Ave in Hesperia. Simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Most of the items we sell are made to order, so some lead time is required. All orders ship within 1 business day after printing is complete.
If your order includes both ready-made and customized items, the entire order will ship together within 1 business day of the printed portion being completed.
Processing times may vary slightly based on order size, complexity, or material availability, and Wix’s estimated delivery dates are based on these processing times.
Rush inquiries: If you need an order sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and any additional fees.
